This Privacy Policy explains how To Do List ABCDE Method, operated by JUNAID MOHAMMED ABDUL NAYEEM ("we", "us", "I"), handles information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "app"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information. Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in (for example with Apple or Google), we receive a basic account identifier and, where you permit it, your email address, so we can link your subscription and backup to your account.
- Your content. The tasks, priorities, plans and notes you create. This content is stored on your device. If you enable cloud backup (a Premium feature), a copy is stored on our servers so it can be restored and synced.
- Support and feedback. If you email us or submit feedback, we receive what you send.
Information collected automatically
- Purchase and subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription or entitlement. Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not receive your payment card details.
- Usage and diagnostic data. Basic, largely aggregated information about how the app is used, plus crash and diagnostic reports, so we can fix problems and improve the app.
- Advertising identifiers. For users on the free tier, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may access a device advertising identifier to show ads. Premium and ad-free users do not see ads.
How we use information
- To provide and maintain the app's features, including planning, reminders, statistics, backup and sync.
- To process and restore your subscription and Premium entitlements.
- To send the notifications you enable (such as daily planning and review reminders).
- To show ads to free-tier users and keep the app free for them.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the app.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf or in connection with the app:

Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the app.
Data retention
Content stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. When you delete your account, the data stored on our servers is retained for up to 90 days so you can restore your account by signing back in with the same account; after 90 days it is removed from the app. See Account & Data Deletion.
Account & data deletion
Delete data stored on your device
Your tasks, priorities, plans and statistics are stored on your device. You can remove all of it at any time — whether or not you have ever signed in — from Settings → Your data → Delete all local data, or by deleting the app.
Delete your account and server-side data
If you signed in, you can also delete your account and the data associated with it:
- In the app: open the More tab, then your account card (it appears once you are signed in), and tap Delete account.
- By email: send a request to junaid.mohammed777@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting.
Deleting your account de-associates the personal data linked to it (your account identifier, email address, any cloud-backed content, and stored entitlement records), except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
When you delete your account, your data is retained for up to 90 days so you can change your mind. If you sign back in with the same account within 90 days, your account and data are restored. After 90 days, the data is removed from the app. Purchase and subscription records held by Apple or Google are managed by those platforms under their own policies.
Your choices and rights
- Notifications. Turn reminders on or off in the app or in your device settings.
- Ads. Limit ad tracking in your device settings, or remove ads entirely with Premium.
- Access, correction and deletion. Request a copy or deletion of the personal data associated with your account. See Account & Data Deletion or email us.
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights over your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
Children's privacy
To Do List ABCDE Method is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
