Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the To Do List ABCDE Method mobile application and related services (the "app"), operated by JUNAID MOHAMMED ABDUL NAYEEM. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Subscriptions

To Do List ABCDE Method offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks all Premium features and removes ads.

• Plans and pricing. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription at $3.99 per week or $11.99 per month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period continues until it ends.
• Promotional and free offers. Any free trial or promotional reward (including an optional "rate to unlock" offer) applies as described when it is presented, and unused portions are forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by reverse engineering it, interfering with its operation, using it unlawfully, or attempting to access it in unauthorized ways.

Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks and content you create. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your own backups where the app does not provide them.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; these Terms are between you and JUNAID MOHAMMED ABDUL NAYEEM, not Apple.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
