How does the ABCDE method work?

Give every task a letter: A (must do), B (should do), C (nice to do), D (delegate) or E (eliminate). Work your A tasks before B, and B before C. The app keeps your highest-priority work in front of you.

How do I turn reminders on or off?

Open the app's settings and toggle the planning and review reminders, or manage notification permission in your device settings.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the upgrade or paywall screen and tap "Restore purchases". Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. See our Terms for details.

How do I export my data?

Data export is available with Premium — you can download your information from within the app.

How do I delete my account or data?

To remove everything stored on your device, use Settings → Your data → Delete all local data — available whether or not you have signed in. To delete your account and its server-side data, sign in, then open More and tap Delete account. Full details are in the Account & data deletion section of our Privacy Policy.
