Account & Data Deletion
Last updated: August 4, 2026
You can delete your To Do List ABCDE Method data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request it.
Delete data from within the app
Most of your content — your tasks, priorities, plans and statistics — is stored on your device. You can remove it by deleting individual items, clearing your data in the app's settings, or uninstalling the app, which removes the app's on-device data.
Delete your account and server-side data
If you signed in or used cloud backup, some data (such as your account identifier, email, subscription status and any backed-up content) may be stored on our servers. To delete it:
- In the app: open the More tab, then your account card, and tap Delete account.
- By email: send a request to junaid.mohammed777@yahoo.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm ownership before deleting.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes it from the active app and de-associates the personal data linked to it — your account identifier, email address, any cloud-backed content, and stored entitlement records — except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
90-day recovery window
When you delete your account, your data is retained for up to 90 days so you can change your mind. If you sign back in with the same account within 90 days, your account and data are restored. After 90 days, the data is removed from the app. Purchase and subscription records held by Apple or Google are managed by those platforms under their own policies.
